Our Hurling Blitz

On Tuesday we had a blitz.Our referee was Ger.We played four matches.Some teams won and some teams lost.We all had good fun.There were four teams altogether.There were two green teams, a red team and a maroon team.It was a good day.

Summer Fun Day

Before we got the Summer Holidays we had a Summer Fun Day in the Centre.
When we got to the centre it was dark and there were lots of coloured lights.
We did an obstacle course first, then we had sack races and egg and spoon races.
After that we played hockey and played with a parachute and a ball.
Jacqueline painted our faces.
When we were going we said Thank You to Marguerite, Anne-Marie and Tomás for getting everything ready.
It was very, very good fun.

Science Experiments

During Science Week a lady named Fiona came to the school to do experiments.
She put us into groups. She got us to wear clothes pegs and do jobs.
We put water into bowls. Then we put in Skittles and let the colours come off. There are lots of colours in skittles.
Then we tried M & M's and jellies. Not so much colour came off the jellies.
At the end we wrote about it and drew a picture.

Ceili Dancing

Every Friday we do Céilí Dancing with Mrs. Whyte. We do it for one hour. We are learning the Walls of Limerick and the Siege of Ennis.

Halloween Fun Day

At the Halloween Fun Day we dressed up in costumes. We brought board games into school and we got sweets. Michael brought in cake. The cake was lovely. We had good fun.
