A Great Surprise!

On Thursday the 24th of April we heard great news! We are going on a tour! One of the boys in Second class entered a competition and he won it for the whole class. We are going to City Limits on the 6th of June. It is free. We are going to have fun.
We are going to eat in a restaurant after we play in City Limits.

Farbstudie

We were looking at art on the Internet.
We saw this painting that we all liked.
So we decided we would paint the picture.
This is the name of the artist: Wassily Kandinsky.
The painting had lots of circles and colours on it. Everyone did one of the pictures .The colours were blue/green/yellow/red/black/purple and orange.
Wassily Kandinsky was a very good artist.
We liked all his painting but we liked our one the best.
We had a lot of fun making the painting.

Magnetic Fish.

We coloured fish and then we stuck paper clips on the front of them.
We made fishing rods out of magnets and string.
Then we got to play our game!
Everybody had fun!

The Hurling Blitz.

We had a Hurling Blitz on Tuesday the 15th of March.
We were playing Lisheenkyle.
Our trainer was called Ger.
He put us into teams.
Four people from 6th class were referees.
We had a great time at the Hurling Blitz.
There were lots of people there.
There were lots of goals scored.
Everyone liked the Hurling Blitz.
